The reservation corresponds to a therapy program with specific dates and limited places. In accordance with consumer regulations, this type of service is not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Cancellation Policy
Payments made for AquaSteps Therapy bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend and notify us at least three weeks before the start of the intensive therapy week, the full amount paid will be retained as credit and may be used towards a future AquaSteps Therapy booking.
If you cancel less than three weeks before the start date, the amount paid may only be transferred to a future booking if we are able to fill your place with another participant. If no replacement participant is found, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
